Catastrophising is a project currently being carried out from the University of Reading to help you better understand your mood and control negative emotions. This app lasts for two weeks and new tasks and information gradually unlock as the fortnight goes by. You can keep track of your daily mood to track your progress and see how you have progressed. The content on this app has been drawn from a variety of techniques that have been shown to work in scientific settings.
